INGREDIENTS
2 shallot onions
3 lb hot Italian sausage
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped garlic
3,5 cups chicken broth
3,5 cup marinara sauce
1 lb pasta
1/4 stick butter
14,5 ounces stew tomato
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/4 cup half and half cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
150 g boursin cheese
2 tbsp fresh oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Instant pot – I put 2 tbsp of butter press saute. Add 2 chopped shallots and saute for 3-4 minutes then I add sausage cut small bite pieces + 2 tbsp of chopped garlic + 3,5 cups of chicken broth + 1,5 cup of marinara sauce + 1 lb of pasta don’t mix it just put on top add + 1/4 stick of butter + 14,5 ounces of stew tomatoes + 1/2 cup of baby spinach. Close the lid. Press cancel. Pressure cook on hi for 6 minutes. After is done I will do quick release. Open lid and I add 2 cups of marinara sauce + 1/4 cup of half and half cream + 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese + 150 g boursin cheese + 2 tbsp of fresh oregano + 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper. Press cancel.
