INGREDIENTS
2 lb ground beef
1/4 stick butter
1 tbsp oil
1 medium onion
1 green bell pepper
1 spicy pepper
1 tbsp garlic
796 ml diced tomatoes
540 ml chili diced stew tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/4 cup taco sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup cilantro
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp season salt
1 cn of red kidney beans
INSTRUCTIONS
Instant Pot – press saute on hi and add 1/4 stick of butter + 1 tbsp of avocado oil + 1 medium size chopped onion + 1 green bell pepper + 1 spicy pepper + 1 tbsp of chopped garlic + 2 lb of ground beef + 796 ml of diced tomatoes + 540 ml chili diced stew tomatoes + 1 can of tomatoes sauce + 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce +1/4 cup of taco sauce 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce + 1 tbsp of kosher salt + 1 tsp of Italian seasoning + 1/4 cup of cilantro + 1 tsp of cayenne pepper + 1/2 tsp of season salt + 1 can of red kidney beans. Press cancel, close the lid and press pressure cook on hi for 5 minutes. When finish I will do quick release. I will leave rest it for 20 minutes. Add sour cream.
