INGREDIENTS
1,5 lb pepper steak
1 medium size onion
1 green bell pepper
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup white wine
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
2 tbsp hoisin
3/4 cups beef broth
2 tbsp black pepper
1/4 tsp white pepper
cornstarch slurry
INSTRUCTIONS
Instant Pot – press saute on hi, add 2 tbsp of avocado oil + 1 tbsp of sesame oil and add onion and green bell pepper and saute for 3-5 minutes, add 1 tbsp of chopped garlic +1/4 cup of white wine + 3/4 cup of soy sauce + 1/4 cup of oyster sauce + 2 tbsp of hoisin sauce + 3/4 cup of beef broth + 1,5 lb of pepper steak + 2 tbsp of black pepper + 1/4 tsp of white pepper. Press cancel, close the lid, press pressure cook on hi for 7 minutes. Then 3 minutes natural release and quick release. Open the lid take meat and put it on a plate. Press cancel then saute and add cornstarch sslurry ( 2 tbsp of cornstarch + 2 tbsp of cold water ) make sauce thicker.
