INGREDIENTS
2,5 lb beef cubes for stew
3 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp butter
1 medium onion
2 packs sliced mushrooms each 227 g
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup white wine
1 tsp thyme
2 cups beef broth
cornstarch slurry ( 2 + 2 )
1 lb pasta
1 cup sour cream
1 boursin cheese 150g
INSTRUCTIONS
I season beef wit season salt. Instant pot – add 3 tbsp of avocado oil. Press saute and add 1 tbsp of butter and add beef and I will brown it. Then I take beef out and put it in the bowl. Put chopped onion into Instant pot + 2 packs of sliced mushrooms 227 g each and saute for 2-3 minutes add 1 tbsp of chopped garlic + 1 tsp of smoked paprika + 1 tsp of cayenne pepper + 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce + 1/4 cup of white wine ( optional ) + 1 tsp of thyme + 2 cups of beef broth and add beef press cancel, close the lid. Press pressure cook on hi for 9 minutes. When finish I do quick release open lid and add 1 lb of pasta. Press cancel close the lid press pressure cook on hi for 7 minutes. when finish wait 1 minute natural release then quick release. Open lid press cancel then saute on hi and add cornstarch slurry ( 2 tbsp of cornstarch + 2 tbsp of water ) then press cancel and keep warm and add 1 cup of sour cream and Boursin cheese 150g.
