INGREDIENTS
227 g sliced mushrooms
1 red pepper
2 scallions
3 tbsp crushed garlic
2,5 cups chicken broth
1 lb spaghetti
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp tarragon
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp siracha
INSTRUCTIONS
Instant Pot – Press saute on hi and add 227 g of sliced mushrooms + 1 red pepper + 2 scallions + 3 tbsp of crushed garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes then add 2,5 cups of chicken broth + 1 lb of spaghetti + 2 tbsp of butter + 2 tsp of tarragon. Press cancel, close the lid then pressure cook on hi for 8 minutes. When finish I will do quick release, open the lid and put sauce and mix it.
Sauce
1/4 cup of hoisin sauce + 1/4 cup of oyster sauce + 1 tbsp of soy sauce + 1 tbsp of ginger paste + 2 tbsp of siracha and mix it together
