INGREDIENTS
4 lb pork shoulder
1 large onion
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp but rub
2 tbsp oil
2 cups barbeque sauce
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup barbeque sauce
2 tbsp siracha
INSTRUCTIONS
4 lb of pork shoulder cut in 4 pieces rub them with 1 tbsp of liquid smoke and 1 tbsp of but rub.
Instant Pot – Put cut onion and pork + 2 cups of barbeque sauce + 1 cup of beef broth. Close the lid, press pressure cook on hi for 70 minutes ( 1 hour and 10 minutes ). When finish I will do 15 minutes natural release then quick release. Open the lid and put pork in a bowl and shred it and add 1/4 cup of barbeque sauce + 2 tbsp of siracha.
