INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp oil
short ribs
1 tbsp butter
1 medium onion
1 green and red pepper
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup red wine
1/2 cup beef broth
213 ml tomato sauce
1/2 cup dried tomato
10 ounces diced tomato
540 ml chili mix
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp basil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup of taco sauce
1/2 cup chili style sauce
19 oz (540 ml) red beans
1/4 cup banana peppers
155 ml tomato paste
INSTRUCTIONS
Instant Pot – press saute on hi
and add 2 tbsp of avocado oil
and add short ribs and sear them on each side for 2-3 minutes.
Take them out and put them on a plate. Then add 1 tbsp of butter
and add pepper + onion +
1 tbsp of chopped garlic
+ 1/4 cup of red wine + 1/2 cup of beef broth
+ 213 ml tomato sauce
+ 1/2 cup of dried tomato
+ 10 ounces of diced tomato
+ 540 ml chili mix
+ 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
+ 1 tsp of garlic powder
+ 1 tsp of salt
+ 1 tsp of basil
+ 1 tsp of Italian seasoning
+ 1/4 cup of taco sauce
+ 1/4 cup of chili style sauce,
put ribs back in
and add 540 ml of red beans
+ 1 /4 cup of banana peppers.
Press cancel close the lid
and then pressure cook on hi for 35 minutes.
When finish I do natural release for 17 minutes then quick release.
Open lid
and take ribs and put them on a plate
and add 155 ml tomato paste
+ 1/4 of chili style sauce
and I put ribs back.
Leave 10 – 15 minutes to sit
and then eat.
