How To Make Best Potato Salad Recipe Instant Pot.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups water

10 potatoes

6 eggs

2 cups mayonnaise

1 tbsp mustard

2 tbsp thousand islands dressing

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp smoked paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Instant Pot – add 2 cups of water

and add 10 potatoes

and cut potatoes and put it in the basket

and put 6 eggs on top of the potatoes

close the lid,

press pressure cook on hi for 7 minutes.

When finish I will do quick release open the lid

take out eggs

and put them in ice bath

peel them

and cut them.

Put the potatoes in the dressing

add the eggs

and mix it and put it in fridge for at least 2 hours.

When this cooking I will make dressing for the salad.

DRESSING FOR SALAD

2 cups of mayonnaise

+ 1 tbsp of mustard

+ 2 tbsp of thousand island dressing

+ 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

+ 1 tsp of smoked paprika.
