INGREDIENTS
5 Chicken thighs
1 tbsp butter
1 medium onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp Avocado oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut onion.
Dry chicken thighs with paper towel.
Season chicken thighs
1 tsp of garlic powder, + 1 tsp salt, + 1 tsp of smoked paprika, + 1 tsp of cayenne pepper mix it together and season chicken thighs with seasoning.
INSTANT POT – SAUTE on HI
add 1 tbsp of avocado oil,
add chicken thighs into Instant Pot first skin side down
then flip over.
Saute 3-5 minutes each side then take them out and put them in bowl. Add 1 tbsp of butter
than add onion, + 1 tbsp of chopped garlic.
Saute for 1-2 minutes then add 2 tbsp of lemon juice – juice from 1 lemon, + 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning mix it together
and add chicken thighs skin side up.
Press CANCEL add 1 1/4 cup of chicken broth. Close lid. Press Pressure cook on HI for 8 minutes
then 3 minutes natural release then quick release. Put it on plate pour sauce and eat.
