INGREDIENTS
7 eggs
1,5 cups water
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
Instant Pot – add 1,5 cups of water
add trivet
and put 7 eggs.
Close the lid,
press pressure cook on hi for 5 minutes.
When finish I will do 5 minutes of natural release then quick release.
Open lid take eggs and put them into ice bath for 5 minutes.
Peel the eggs
and cut them in half.
Put yolks in bowl
and mush them with fork
and add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
+ 1 tbsp of yellow mustard
+ 1/2 tsp of onion powder
+ 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
+ 1/2 tsp of salt + 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper.
Mix it together
and fill up the eggs.
Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
