INGREDIENTS
2 lb chicken thighs sinless boneless
1/4 stick butter
1 medium size onion
3 cups chicken broth
28 ounces diced tomatoes
1 lb pasta
1 spicy pepper
1 cup barbeque sauce
2-4 cups shredded cheese
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup frozen corn
INSTRUCTIONS
Instant Pot – press saute and add 1/4 stick of butter and add 1 medium size chopped onion and saute for 2-3 minutes then add 2lb of boneless skinless chicken thighs and saute them for 3-4 minutes then add 3 cups of chicken broth + 28 ounces of diced tomatoes + 1 lb of pasta + 1 spicy pepper 1/4 cup. Close the lid, press cancel then pressure cook on hi for 5 minutes. Then I will do natural release for 2 minutes and then quick release. Open the lid add 1 cup of barbeque sauce + 2-4 cups of shredded cheese + 1 tsp of smoked paprika + 1 tsp of cayenne pepper +1/2 cup of frozen corn let it stay for 3-5 minutes and eat.
